Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at contact@sampleproject.info

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS.

We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
